Yeah, well hopefully it isn't all that bad. Don't let my self deprecating style scare you away.
What have we got in here? Lots of writing about movies, TV shows, books and music. Because, frankly, that's what I enjoy. Some recipes that I wanted to share. More than I should probably have shared about the aforementioned writing fluff. The occasional amusing (or not) anecdote about my life or something close to it.
What don't we have in here? Political discussions. How boring would that be? Just like every third blog out there (or at least as was the case back in 2005 when I started this thing.) Neither will you find too many details about my personal life. (I'm male, married and in my late 30's. Enough said.) Not much about religion, either. Am I playing it safe? Oh, probably. But I also just don't care.
Something else you will find in here: curse words. Swears. Filthy, filthy language (as my sister has labeled it, and me, in the past), because fuck it, they're just words. If you want to find out what I really think about that, read this post. It goes into detail. And if you are scared off by the occasional expletive, then you might want to get the fuck out of here now.
