Minor Setback

We left B.B. alone for the first time today outside of her crate. We'd gone out for lunch, only for about an hour and a half, and left her closed up in our bedroom. We thought that would give her some room to stretch. She'd just come back from a couple hours at the dog park and she was tired. We figured she'd just sleep while we were gone.

Wrong.

I'll leave this up as long as I can. YouTube didn't like my background music, but I thought it was perfect.

Is it possible there was a dog or other animal outside that was getting B.B. all worked up?

Not that it makes the mess any more fun to repair.

Nice digs, I like the furniture.

I suspect Gus may have egged her on. I've got a blog post in the works where I reveal his true intentions. He didn't know we'd caught him on hidden camera that could translate cat and dog speak. (Sounds corny when I phrase it like that. Maybe I won't post it.)

Yeah, we were lucky she didn't attack the furniture. We buy this craftsman stuff a piece at a time because we love it but it's a little more expensive than what we're used to. It takes us years to get enough for one room. And we just finished the bedroom this summer. So I guess we're lucky she didn't go for any of that. Probably her little doggie brain was smart enough to target the low hanging fruit and know where she could do the most damage the quickest. She'd be chewing on that stained oak for quite a while before she'd make a dent.
